Located in Oneida, Tennessee County’s BBQ has been doing business for 10+ years. I, Dustin Kennedy, have been in the restaurant business since 1999. I started washing dishes while living in Cookeville, Tennessee. In early 2000 I took my first cooking position. Over the years I have gained experience cooking many different cuisines and restaurant styles. I started County’s BBQ in May 2010. In 2012 I opened the restaurant in Winfield Tennessee. In 2014 I moved the business to Huntsville, Tennessee where it remained till April 2021. I started construction on the new restaurant in January 2021. I opened the new location in August 2021.
